for refeed how many grams of carbs and protein should I be taking in. Would it also be possible to combine this with a cheat day since I haven’t taken one in a while

BUT since you fat burning metabolism, you need to make sure refeeds are high protein high carb and lowest fat you can get, think sugary cereals with low fat milk as example
