Hey guys,
First of all, thanks so much for all the support and advice on the last few posts. I really do appreciate it!
I have been monitoring my urine as I’ve been consistently drinking plenty of water throughout the day and it has been cleared up. I will also look into some kidney support/n2 guard to add to my supp stack. My supp stack is currently liver guard (milk thistle), omega 3 fish oils, coq10 and a multivitamin.
Regarding training today, I managed to smash a full upper body session as i had taken the weekend off and was roaring to go!
Big progress as per usual on the tricep push downs as I’m easily repping out 45kgs and can max out even higher, and the other movements are following suit as well.
I also feel a lot stronger in my back movements and get way better back pumps now that I’m focusing harder on training back twice a week with intensity. I’ll try throw some more back pics up here this week.
