What’s up guys, checking in tonight after a big arms, shoulders and back day - again with 100mg android pre workout. Wow I really love this compound.
All movements felt significantly easier but the most noticeable one was tricep push downs. I always get a crazy pump on this movement but even more so when I was repping out 55kgs like it was almost nothing. Felt bloody amazing.
Put in a big shift with my other movements too like rear delt fly, pec fly, lateral raise, lat pulldown, low row, bicep curls and probably a few others I’m missing but you can be damn sure most of my body was annihilated after taking the weekend off. I’ll be back on Wednesday to hit it again and can’t wait!
Also I’m walking around about 108kg which I believe to be just over 240lbs and I’m relatively lean. Medium term goal is probably to be a lean 260 so it’ll take time but on the trajectory I’m on I’m confident I’ll get there sooner or later as I’m 6’3 with a big wide frame as it is.
