Hey guys, checking in after a few days.

Had some really intense BJJ workouts on Thursday and Friday, so taking this weekend off to hit the weights hard again on Monday morning.

I still feel really good mentally and physically but I do notice that my urine is often golden despite the fact that I am well hydrated and eat a completely clean diet.

I’m pretty confident that it’s because of the tren, so I’m thinking of taking tren out for the rest of the year ( about 5 weeks ) to let my kidney function recover.

With this being said, as I mentioned I still feel great and don’t feel any ‘side effects’ so maybe I’m overreacting and I can keep running it? I know back in the day rich piana used to run it year round sometimes at higher doses than me so and he did that for decades probably so maybe I should be fine?

Keen to get your guys thoughts.

Update:

I’ve decided that I’m going to spread my water intake more evenly throughout the day and basically constantly sip water instead of have a lot in one go and go a few hours without drinking to optimize my hydration and see if that improves my urine as I’m hoping that is the main cause of this. If it improves I’ll keep the tren in as I love the results but if not I may take it out

Are you also using an organ protector like N2Guard?
