I know professional bodybuilders use multivitamins but do you think for a normal gym rat this is something that we should be using or do we really not need them?
I am a bit concerned because I have been working out for the past 6 months and my results haven't been that good. I'm wondering if it's because my body needs more vitamins
In a perfect world we would get all of our vitamins and minerals from foods, but today with soil depletion and industrialized farming it is a different story!
