back pain supplements

I’m sure all of you on here who lived heavy at the gym have experienced Back problems
my question is with supplements do you like to use after a rough day to soothe your back
I’ve tried taking hot baths and tried salt baths and all that stuff but it doesn’t do anything for me except make me nauseous
hopefully you can give me some tips

probably best out there was n2joint rx but its out of stock now
get some fish oil it will help
 
Don't do anything that aggravates your back. I had to abandon squats and deads due to herniated disc's and degenerative disc's
 
avoid anything that stresses out your spine
 
you won't go wrong with supplements that contain fats
 
make sure you're doing a lot of stretching especially you'll go
 
work on your mobility and you should be warming up properly
 
sounds like you have some sort of chronic issue going on
 
definitely go with the krill oil or fish oil

Nothing. There is no 'back pain' supplement (if only)
