best way to cook potatoes?

I haven’t eaten potatoes in years but recently I decided to go more high carb. I know that potatoes also have some good nutrition including minerals and vitamins that are good for you. I see a lot of bodybuilders eating potatoes now to get in their carbs. What are some smart ways I can cook up potatoes to make them taste good?

Bros No clue. My wife cooks good potatoes. She's Asian so she does all the cooking in the house. All I know is that she cooks it really good and it fills me up pretty nice.

I would get an air fryer that's pretty easy to use in there. Get one of those that spin. You can put it for about 40 or 45 minutes and it does the work for you.

Another option is you can put it in the microwave. Potatoes do take quite a while though. You might want to put it in there for 5 or 6 minutes and then see where it's at. Make sure you poke it with a fork before.

Historically people have boiled potatoes. That's a pretty simple way to make them. You never want to eat them raw. You want to make sure they're cooked. They digest much better that way.

Add some oil and salt and pepper. Good quality oil though not the crappy refined stuff. And then go ahead and cook it. Make sure it's cooked on the inside.

You should try chopping them up and making them into fries. It's a great way to do it. Pop it in the air fryer and it tastes fantastic with some ketchup.
