My body is bloated after I took creatine 10 grams. I'm 122lbs 5'4 and taking gw 10mgs per day but now bloated after creatine for 3 days what should I do about this? I want to keep using it.
creating mono can and will bloat you up. since you are a female and are only 122 pounds it makes sense here. just stop using it and switch over to ancient strength at a low dosage, the difference with ancient strength is that it is 3 creatines all in 1. so you won't bloat running it correctly unlike just using mono
Get your dose down to 5g per day. No need to go more than that. I suspect you were trying some sort of "loading phase" which is completely unnecessary. 5g per day indefinitely.
