Correct keto diet plan

I want to switch over to a keto diet
Can you help me pick what foods are considered keto and which ones aren’t
I was reading online and there are a lot of different opinions as to what a true keto diet would be so it's extremely confusing to me.
My goal is to lose about 35 pounds doing it. I’m currently 285 lb

well too much hype in keto imo

you should stick to
meats
veggies
cheeses
to really go keto
 
correct in keto means MEAT
 
Don't fall into the trap of eating too much protein if you are trying to do keto. It is more of a high fat, low carb, lower protein diet. Too much protein will convert to sugar in the body and kick you out of keto.
 
My plan if you can call it that is to cut out as many carbs as possible, have enough protein and fats to keep hunger at bay. Throw a little intermittent fasting into the mix and that's it, no weighing, measuring or counting. So not much of a plan really but it seems to have worked well for me.
 
Would be it possible to do something like this:

Meal 1:
2 eggs, 8oz skim, 1 tblsp olive oil

Meal 2:
4oz chicken breast, pepperoni stick, 1tblsp olive oil, salad

Meal 3:
2 pepperoni sticks, 1 tin tuna, 1tblsp olive oil

Meal 4:
1 6oz steak, 1 tblsp olive oil, salad

Meal 5: Cheddar cheese, 8oz skim, 1tblsp olive oil

I figure that's about 200p, 120f, 30c or so... Is that a good example of a keto diet?

pepperoni sticks, cheese need to go
eveyrthing else is good but make sure you swap out olive oil for unrefined cold pressed coconut oil. i do not trust olive oil !

meal one should be 8oz WHOLE milk but dont do milk it has carbs replace with something else like heavy cream

meal 2
NO chicken breast you need FATTY meat like fat beef (not expensive but fat)

meal 3
possibly ok but more oil like flaxseed oil or fish oil

meal 4
replace with 1 tbsp fish oil

meal 5
same issue as meal 1 skim milk? no go

carbs have to be under 20grams to hit ketosis
