Let me know what you think about my current diet changes
I stopped smoking
Stopped fast food
Stopped milk and cookies
I’m down 80 pounds just doing that. Now i want to lose more. My goal is to get under 200 pounds, currently 240. Any more tips i can look at?

avoid processed, refined oils, refined sugars, avoid all restaurant/fast food

fasting is a huge weapon not just for fat loss but also health in general

i suggest you try fasting and am cardio
fasting works and gets you real lean
