Also, I am 33, 5'9, and weigh about 162. Prior to this, I had been working out for over 12 years. I was originally like 125lbs at 20 and got up to about 172lbs last Oct. Since everything started I lost about 10-15 lbs and have lost a great deal of muscle. I definitely didn't drop down to the strength I had at 20 but definitely went down at least 50%. For the first couple of months of the year, I was only doing cardio because when I lifted weights that were about 10lbs I would become exhausted, dizzy, and pass out within minutes on the floor. I just started weight lifting again about 2 weeks ago. The soreness and recovery are so much longer than I used to and I was noticing lifting weights more than 3 times a week was causing me issues with sleeping due to an overtraining possibility. I miss working out so much but my health issues have been putting me in a difficult situation.
