first cycle i need help

hi I'm very new to this place!
my plan is to do a first cycle in 2-3 months
probably winstrol and ostarine
my question is blood work necessary before the cycle?
and how does my cycle look? I think I dont know doses too.
 
bro...i would do bloods before cycle ...thats important too...bro...your cycle looks weak imo...winstrol and osta is good but where is the cardarine @ 20mgs/day at least?...bump in some cardazol maybe too....
 
Bloods before a cycle isn't a requirement but do it if you can.
50mgs winstrol
25mgs ostarine
20mgs cardarine
30 cardazol (3cap)
 
I would always recommend bloods before doing your first cycle. You want to have something to compare to when getting bloods later to determine recovery. You really need that baseline.
