First ever cycle

Thanks for your replay.
😅 that is sure some frightnening combo for a newbie like me. I would like to avoid all dht based compounds, i’m kind of slightly prone to a small hair loss, don’t wanna start torching all my hair.
I’m taking 1mg finasteride a day for that already.
I would like to stick to Test E only for now. Don’t you think 300mg test is pretty high for a starter? I really dont know how my body will react. Maybe start smaller first few weeks than see how it goes. But i wouldn’t like to go beyond 250mg. I’m not in a rush, i don’t compete or anything. So if the change happens over a year period with a second cycle after this is ok for me.

Also what does ED mean?

Cant seem to find N2 products (im in europe but seems hard to find, any valid alternative)?

I prefere clomid from what I’ve read, because of the possible eyes issue with nolva, is that fair to say?

Any idea on the dosage of Tb-500 and the frequency?

Cardarine on pct? Can u elaborate a bit please? I will also look it up.

so start 300mgs testosterone with 5mgs aromasin and some sarms
start now and LOG
 
1-12 test cyp 350 mg week
1-14 aromasin (as needed) every other day dosing to start
1-12 mk2866 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day
11-14 n2generate or hcg 1000 ius week

pct 15-18

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well… N2Guard plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). I would pick both clomid and nolvadex if you can do it, better choice.

But if you had to pick one world is ending likely nolvadex.

I would say you are roughly 20% body fat. Room to go but better than most people to be honest.
Yeah, as I said I have a kind of endomorph body. Even If I train really hard, and watch really closely the nutrition, I will get minimal results. I still train really hard around 4/5 times a week. Sessions around 1h45m. You wouldn’t tell from my body, but I’ve been training with ups and downs around 15 years. My weight 10 years ago was around 83kg, now I weigh 105kg, taking away 8% fat and getting down to a realistic 12% body fat for an all natural endomorph wich is going to be hell hard, i would weigh around 97kg. Never really stopped training in my entire life. Always been doing something. I think that if I train really hard and with consistency, i will definetly improve on the natural way, it will probably take around another 2 years given my bad genetics. But again, I think I’m reaching my genetic limit. If I train shit hard for 2 years and by that i mean around 5/6 training a week, no excuses, and perfect eating, at the end…it will still not be a sustainable lifestyle. Playing against genetics is really hard. To give you an example, this was my body around year 2012 as I said I’ve been always hitting the gym and was always very athletic. I think at that time I was at my peak. I was 24. I would say body fat around 10% maybe. But the testosterone levels where a whole nother story. After your 30s your test takes a natural relentless dive. No matter how much you train, specially for a endomorph. I was also much more stronger. The difference between now and then, is that I definetly put on some mass, but also some fat. The recovery man is also another story. Back then I could train same muscle group every other day. Now if I’m off say a week, feels like I have to start all over again 😂🥲

I’m just waiting to have ALL the ammunition ready on hand as he suggest in his videos. And by that I mean all, also pct. For example N2 guard is out of stock. I’m waiting for it to be available again.
