Fish oil or salmon oil?

Newbie
looking at Amazon for some fish oil options and I see they also sell other types of fish oil like salmon or herring which is interesting because I used to fish for both when I lived up north. which one is better and which one do you guys use to help you body build and help your joints?
 
n2bm sells krill oil, check that out

also invest in high quality coconut oil and use it liberally in your meals

I would use krill oils and coconut oil and maybe some flaxseed oil too
