so this is a crazy question and I have checked many posts on here and I can't get a straight answer but I figured I would ask
Getting up to pee at night is ruining my sleep. I basically get up at 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. every night no matter what I do and I go to the bathroom and then I can't go back to sleep
is there a supplement that I can take either before bed or maybe when I get up that's going to knock me out for another couple hours before I have to go to work?
