Getting up at night to pee

Newbie
so this is a crazy question and I have checked many posts on here and I can't get a straight answer but I figured I would ask
Getting up to pee at night is ruining my sleep. I basically get up at 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. every night no matter what I do and I go to the bathroom and then I can't go back to sleep
is there a supplement that I can take either before bed or maybe when I get up that's going to knock me out for another couple hours before I have to go to work?
 
you can either drink more before bed so you wake up more middle of the night.

or you can try not drinking 2-3 hours before bed and peeing before bed as much as you can and clearing out

if you take something to knock yourself out all night you won't reach deep sleep

I suggest you clean out your kidneys to start, take n2guard 2-3 caps per day and see if it helps.
 
dont drink 2 hours before bed you'll see
 
I used to have the same issue. Once I started N2guard and got a good Magnesium supplement I don't seem to have the issue anymore. Once in a while but that is due to drinking too much too close to bed time.
