had a question about clen and cardio

okay so me and my gf want to lose some weight together, she came up with the idea of clen to shred up a bit. we both already do tons of cardio and she drinks 3 large coffees everyday. i know that combining coffee and clen is gonna cause some jitters so my plan was to wean off the java first and then up the clen. what would you do?
 
i would not touch clen if you paid me... if you want to take your cardio training to an entirely different level then sarms are what you want... you BOTH can run the exact same cycle... you dont even need a pct if you stick with the two compounds i recommend...

1-16 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-16 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

most people who use clen absolutely hate it. it really is a nasty drug and isn't very effective at losing weight/fat. it was never designed for that anyway

This is exactly what I would recommend. You can even add in some N2Slin before meals and keep carbs relatively low. The biggest factor will be consistency though. A ton of people slip up for a meal or a day and then just quit. You have to be strong mentally and tell yourself that this is a long-term lifestyle change and fight through.
 
You dont want to use clen. Get yourself some cardarine from sarms.forsale

It will be great for fat loss plus cardiovascular endurance
