how best to cook rice?

I’m reading about how rice is a really good carb option and a lot of bodybuilders like to use it for their food prep and mix it with steak or chicken
I’m interesting to give it a shot as well
the problem is I can never cook it perfect I either burn it or I undercook it
do you have any tips as to how to cook brown rice properly?

get a rice cooker they aren't expensive

Rice cooker for sure, do half water half bone broth.

I would add some coconut oil and it should work out really well

you can get some broth and add it instead of water

I've had good results with my rice cooker you just put it and set it and it Cooks itself

a rice cooker is a great little device you can also steam vegetables in it
