This is a basic question but I'm wondering how much protein do you average every day? I'm looking to get more into bodybuilding and I know how important protein is. What are some of your favorite protein sources that are economical and easy to do on your own?
I don't get as much protein as you see people advertise. Back in the old days people used to laugh at you if you didn't get at least 400 or 500 g of protein in a day.
There's no way that you're gonna consistently get that much protein. It's just not plausible. Some days I get as low as 100 g of protein and I'm perfectly fine.
It depends on what else you are eating. If most of your calories are coming from fats and protein and def going be higher. If you are trying to put on som bulk there is just a min you probably need.
