Wife made me my favorite apple pie for my birthday.
Top Gun 2 was 🔥 last night. If you haven't seen it, go now lol.
After the movie had 1 cup rice/8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs/curry veggies and a large piece of pie.

Pre work out and a piece of pie today for my work out today. Lmao.
Hitting shoulders, gonna try for 80 lb dumbells for shoulder press, feeling strong.

Just finished chest for the night, short rest before ab work. Dbol pump ftw. I wish what it looks like in the mirror at the gym vs photo I take could look as awesome. Hahaha

Question...
I'm hovering around 234-237 and been running this cycle 3 weeks. Am I not eating enough? I'm getting leaner but seem to be putting on mass too, are they canceling out at the moment? I thought Dbol would make me blow up more?

It's all about the protein intake really.
What are you eating is the real question.
Can you post a detailed food log for 2-3 days? lets see it

I found guys think they eating enough until they post up a LOG with eating details
 
I'll start a detailed food log tomorrow.

I picked up a bunch of fruit, rice cakes, yogurt, almond butter and dried mango
 
Breakfast, eating now:
3 whole eggs 4 whites, 1.5 cup rice, mountain of broccoli. Some almond milk yogurt with almond butter.

4 pieces dried mango, a mini Plumb, 2 rice cakes with 4 total tablespoons honey almond butter and blueberries

200g brown and red rice w chia and kale, 3 pack tuna, couple pieces of dried mango with 2 tbs honey almond butter.

I like your snacks but you're really high carb here. Btw food pics are great overall.

I would say if you want to lean out more, you need to cut the carbs more imo.

And hows your fat intake? i dont see much

I'm not trying to get lean, I'm trying to pack on as much mass as possible.

So more protein/fats and less carbs?
