I eat my last meal between 9/10pm and don't start eating again til 1130/1pm depending on when I get time for lunch.
Then I eat on the way home from work, nap, and have a snack. Then gym, meal, shower, read or whatever with usually 1 moderate sized meal or a good snack.
I've been experimenting with this but idk if it's conducive to my activity level to sustain my weight /gaining.
