What up my brothers life has been pretty crazy man. Waiting to get our son to a specialist to see what's going on w him him hoping for nothing to serious. Busy w business and getting the kids ready for school. Still crushing the gym and getting solid workouts in. Today was a pretty light day.

What's up everyone. Sorry for the long break. Life through my family and I some curve balls. We are currently waiting results for my son to see if he is cancer free or not. If he does have the cancer the doctors say could be prevalent it's a pretty serious fast acting cancer. If it's not cancer it could be an autoimmune disease that will definitely have some affects on him. Either way it's been stressful in a lot of ways. He was at the specialist yesterday so we should hear something sooner than later.

Workouts have still been great, fuck the gym and arm wrestling have been my crutch. I've made awesome gains on the arm wrestling table and lifting in general. Today I'll be crushing lighter weights more reps and a lot of body weight stuff. Big event this weekend so I'm just trying to keep blood flowing and heal.

Fast hard pull up slow on the way down

Lat pull downs
Fast pop on the pull down slow release up

1 arm isolated rows
60lbs
10x3 Each arm really focused on pulling back hard and curling the wrist at the end with a nice slow release

Hammer curls
60lbs

Nice and steady on the way up with a bit of pronation at the top of the curl very slow on the way down

1 mile run
