Why didn't you google it man? Body Mass Index is an Index or chart that estimates a person's body fat based on their height and weight. That's all it is. A tool to help estimate body fat percentage. It means nothing else but that. I'm not sure of what other tools that I could use to find a more accurate reading of body fat so I used an example i remembered from long ago which was the bmi. So with that being said a person can't have a high bmi because that doesn't actually make any sense. They can have high body mass but saying bmi makes no sense because that's referring to a tool. See the confusion
@bossbigzz bro check my BMI. i'm 6'4 and 275 pounds and 5% body fat.. but my BMI show me fat. you see problem?
we can tell you body fat by your picture. you probably like 18-20%
 
Looks like the beginning of abs any day now. This was after chest day so my chest is looking pumped. My gains slowed down a bit it feels like but my fat is still dropping at least. Also I don't have a pic to show just yet but my triceps are looking much more visible. I'll put up a pic next chance I get.

My meal this morning was a tiny serving of oatmeal and a protein shake with 4 over easy eggs after working out. Then didnt eat for 10hrs today when usually it's 12 to 14 before I eat but I was off work early today.
WORKOUT
CHEST- Flat bench for 3 sets and 10reps
Dumbell incline bench 80lb dumbells for 3 sets at 10reps. Decline dumbell bench 50lb dumbells for 8 reps because it feels weird still and uncomfortable to lay like that.
Cable flys high to low/mid/low to high all 3 sets at 15reps or failure. Push-ups using dumbells set upright for extra stretching of chest set slightly wider then shoulders.
TRICEPS- Cable triceps pulldowns with heavier weight at 10 reps or until failure for 3 sets. Single arm tricep cables with a variety of underhand/overhand/side grip all reps til failure for 4 sets. Overhead tricep extensions with cable and small straight bar.
BICYCLE MACHINE- Sprint for a minute and slowed down for 30secs 4 times.
ABS- Crunches 25reps at a time 4 sets. Leg lifts 10reps 3 sets. Russian twist i really just winged it so kinda did til failure.

@bossbigzz simply posting a picture we can give you a good estimate of your body fat. i would peg you somewhere around 20% which isn't bad. gotta keep working at it

@bossbigzz i'm more worried about your body fat then BMI

your BMI is not important. its simply total mass whether its muscle or fat it doesn't discriminate.
