I'm thinking it's just beginner gains idk. However my legs are slacking because my lower back is so weak it gets tired before I even feel the burn in my legs from heavy weight. But today I decided just for the hell of it to bench 100lb dumbells and was able to do it for 2 sets at 8 reps.@bossbigzz bros you looking great in pics!
I see improvements already, but I also see a lot of potential. I think you got the capability of really getting far.
