Hi my name is Dereck. This is my first Log. I’m 39 years old. I’m 5’11 and my current weight is 167lbs. I’m pretty lean about 12 percent body fat. I’ve been doing Jiu Jitsu for about three years consistently. I go to at least four classes a week and roll a lot of rounds. Outside of Jiu Jitsu my workouts have mainly been body weight focused. I do a lot of pull ups, push ups, and sit ups. I recently bought a rack, bar and weights. So now I just started doing deadlifts, bench press, and squats. I’ve been doing alot of dumbell workouts too. My diet is gluten free because I have celiac disease. Which means I’m highly allergic to gluten. This has forced me to eat at home for a majority of my meals. I eat a lot of steak and vegetables. For carbs I eat rice and potatoes. The current stack I started 3 weeks ago includes Ultima Anomass at 1ml once a week. I’m also pinning Ultima Test Prop 3 times a week so roughly every other day. I recently ordered some Proviron 25mg tablets that I plan on taking once a day to lower my SHBG and hopefully keep my balls and dick in good condition. I take Cardarine at 20 mg a day. I take a lot of supplements. NAC 1000mg a day. Taurine 1000mg a day. 7 Keto DHEA 100mg a day. Meldonium 500mg a day. COQ10 100mg a day. 5 Alpha Hydroxy Laxogenin 100mg a day. Zinc Gluconate 50mg a day. Alpha GPC 600mg a day. Magnesium Gluconate 1000mg a day. Iron 50mg a day. I inject a b vitamin complex once a week that includes 2000mcg of b12. So far on this cycle I’m already up 10lbs and looking lean. I’m feeling good but my balls are definitely shrinking. My libido is very high and I feel like I can work out all day. My recovery is really good on this cycle too. My neck will hurt like shit after a hard day training at Jiu Jitsu but then the next day after a good nights sleep I’m good to go barely any neck pain or soreness. The only cycles I have run in the past have been Sarms. I also did a few cycles of Turinabol at 20mg a day. Sarms we’re ok I mainly ran either Ostarine at 20mg a day and LGD at 10mg a day. Both Sarms were ok with LGD being my favorite but much more suppressive. I use to run Clomid every other day at 25mg along with the Sarms and Turinbol. That combo was really good. Clomid recently lost its magic for me and makes me feel like shit. So after a break here I am trying real gear and pinning for the first time in my life. Should have done this sooner cause damn this is great! Please let me know what you think about my current stack. I would love some recommendations on anything I could do to get the most out of this cycle. I plan on running my current cycle for a total of 10 weeks. After this cycle is over I plan on cruising on some Test Cypionate.
