Cardio:1.5grs fasted walking and 1hr non fasted

Training: my right foot has been killing me since yesterday. I can’t put weight on it in any sense what should I do? It interfered with my training today

@Monogordo5 the right foot issue, you should massage it, and do some hot foot bath, try to use a metal hand massager to massage it and twist the foot to stretch it

drinking any bone broth? you should

your diet is ketogenic but we should test ketosis tomorrow please

Ok I’ll try drinking bone broth and I’ll post a strip in 12ish hours

What did you do to it?
It was pretty strange how the whole thing happened: I got up from a chair then at the same time my calf and top of my foot cramped. Then pain then crept up into my shin basically immobilizing my right leg for 1 min
 
15 hours fast food is not bad at all
