Here's my glutes plus shoulder workout. It's hard work, but freaking positive on gains. I'd love to know yours.
#1. Dumbbell Squat to Shoulder strap Press: 15 reps with 20sec rest.
#2. Renegade Rows: 10 reps with 20sec rest.
#3. Dumbbell Lunge to Overhead Press: 5 reps on each side with 60sec rest.
#4. Dumbbell RDL to Upright Row: 15 reps with 20sec rest.
#5. Push Up Burpees: 10 reps with 20sec rest.
#6. 3 Part Flow: 5 reps on each side with 60sec rest.
- I start with an alternating dumbbell front raise.
- I follow this with a dumbbell side lateral raise.
- then I bring the dumbbells in front me for a single squat which all adds up to one rep.
