how can it backfire? should i not take it? Also as i have trouble swallowing the gels and bough liquid as well should? can i take it instead? can i swallow gels/liquid with water
Hi all, here is my next update, as per some of your advice I will go more Indepth into diet training, also seeing as i have been using SARMS for a bit and want to maximize results, i have been eating far ;ess carbs and sugar and been focusing on protein and vegetable, I also decided to so as to build more muscle and faster doing a split, Monday Arm day Tuesday leg day Wednesday chest day Thursday back day, etc etc
Thurday 10/5
Breakfast, skipped ( I forgot)
had protein shake later muscle milk
12:07 lunch 3 oz flank steak cooked at home
dinner 8:30 4 oz grilled chicken cooked in
Friday: 10/6
breakfast 7:10 Protien granola
9:10 muscle milk chocolate protein shake the one gram sugar version
Lunch: 11:47 5 oz hamburger cooked home
EMS full body every part at 80, glutes legs and arms at 93
Dinner: 7:37 prosciutto tomato and basil starter as well as chicken Milanese eaten out
Saturday 10/7
Breakfast 7:10 Muscle milk chocolate i gram of sugar version and a protein bar ( I will check brand next time/tomorrow)
lunch: 5oz lean meat hamburger cooked at home
Dinner 7:20 4 oz steak cooked at home

bicep bar curls:
55 pounds 3 sets 25 reps each set
Forearm plate lifts: 25 pounds 3 sets 25 reps each set
triceps cables 35 pounds 4 sets 30 rep sets
Hammer curls 12.5 pounds (pathetic i know but i literally JUST started working the Brachialis) 4 sets 30 reps
forearm wrist curls 12.5 pounds ( pathetic ditto ) 3 sets 25 reps per set
