n2slin premeal or post meal use

finally my 2 bottles on n2slin came in, heard on podcast evo that they almost out of stock :eek: steve was saying to take before meals but i get gas that, so how crucial to take premeal or i can take post?
 
You can take the n2slin DURING the meal, I take it like 10 min into the meal as I get food in, easy to swallow 2 caps. I mix it with IGF1 and it's like a slin/gh stack. N2Slin/IGF1.
