Not getting enough protein

I need help with a supplement so I can get some more protein in my diet
I'm looking for something that will boost the amount I'm getting every day. Right now I'm getting 200 g I would like to double that amount to 400 gram so I can get more muscle
 
what if i told you that supplementing protein did more harm than good?

you can build all the muscle you want on 200g per day of protein, that is more than enough according to the science and years of trial and error

you should add protein shakes and protein bars

30grams protein shakes 4x/day
 
daily protein shakes will get you that protein
 
Depending on ur weight. Science says 2 g per body weight. 1 g per body weight will onky maintain barely recover. And u need bars amd shakes and w.e else you can get. It does not matter at all. It doesn't matter at all if everything single thing is 100000 % good for the body either or these guys saying shakes etc are nad for your body they wouldn't he doing roids if they really cared
