possible to get gyno months after cycle?

I did 500mg of test with some dbol for 12 weeks, ran all my proper ancillaries, ran a great pct and did bloodwork and everything came out almost clean, AST was still slightly off but that is common from what i have read. now 4 months after pct i started noticing gyno symptoms flaring up and a small lump forming. what should i do here and what happened?

You should do letrozole and nolvadex with ostazol. Anti gyno right away.
