TREN for 2yrs?? Surprisingly you’re not shut down.
Have you though PCT taking little time off to reset your receptors.
Honestly next step NOT sure how well your receptors will react unless you double digit you’re Dosing therefor long term side effects.
I advise PCT would be better option by providing yourself a break.
