i am 18 and i am 5"10 140lb, i didnt lift that much i used to but i didnt know what i was doing, and i was never rlly strong or athletic, but now im trying to lock in. i did strength training for wrestling but i didnt really go up in weights so i didnt really train my strength. now i just care abt aestetics
