Ive tried glutamine and creatine mono for preworkouts with coffee just straight black but didn't get good results. I'm not that energized on training.
is there a good replacement for what im doing? i need a really good preworkout to give me a bump
Maybe it has to do with your diet earlier in the day. Caffeine should definitely energize you. I am not saying I recommend using it pre workout but it will absolutely give energy.
