1100 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 1 MetRx big 100 bar
1500 - 1scoop protein w 10oz water, 1 avacado, 2 chicken breasts, 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009
1600 - 4 caps N2G
1830 - meat and cheese platter, calamari, shrimp and chorizo paella
2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 caps N2G.
