Woke up feeling great as always

Breakfast:
Greek yogurt 1 cup

Cardio and a light day

Did a early jog at 7:35 am


Went to the gym a bit early today
At 9:45

Started off
Hack squats 3x10 275 plus sled
+Hack squats
Leg presses 4x12+2
Leg extensions 3x12
+ sissy squats
Leg curls 3x12
Hip abduction 3x failure


Just did 20 minutes of swimming I don't think I can run with my legs being sore.




Lunch
:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Avocado 100g
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g
= 487 calories(10g carbs,58g protein,31g fat)

Dinner:
Broccoli 100g
Black Beans 1 cup
8oz chicken breast
=461 calories(48g carbs,68g protein,7g fat)

Extra meal of the day
:
Sub roll
Sliced turkey 8 oz
Thick cut 4 bacon slices

Able to get my sleep scedule fixed just taking some melatonin and also just taking a hot bath before sleeping.

Friday

Strength day

I do feel the strength gains going a bit down ngl its not as fast as it was when it first came. I can feel it through just the working sets and on strength days.


Jerk and clean
140. 6x3

Overhead press 135 4x6
+ push press throw with medicine ball
Tricep pushdown
Lateral raise with 20 pound dumbell + drop set 15/10


Barbell row. 140 4×8
Seated row. x8+2

Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin on 8 oz
1 cup black beans
2 whole eggs
0.5 Roasted cups
=968 calories(59g carbs,63g protein,53g fat)


Extra meal of the day
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Proteinshake
Avocado 100g
Broccoli 100g

Yeah I have but it's kinda just itchy as hell I think my skin is just being dried up from the sun.
 
Day 43 + 44

Saturday and sunday

Meals were bascially the same for these two days

Pinned on Saturday a little bit of blood but it was like a drop that was it. Surprisingly no pain. I think my muscle are getting used to it.

Tried to do my pushup pr but couldn't really beat it per say. Arms and chest were getting pumped af. But I timed it and I was able to almost get close to my record in normally about half of the usual time.

Sunday was a bit more on the unusual side of things. Noticed that my testicle actually were small as shit like I could grab it with my 2 fingers. Not trying to be wierd. and my gf could also noticed it too. (Sobbing internally).

Breakfast :
100g oats
Walnuts 50g
= 732 calories(75g carbs,21g protein,43g fat)


Lunch:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Avocado 100g
2 egg
Broccoli 75g
= 537 calories(13g carbs,67g protein,32g fat)

Dinner:
Chicken thighs with skin 8oz
Egg whites 1 cup
Black beans 0.5 cup
= 747 calories(20g carbs,68g protein,41g fat)


Extra meal of the day:
Protein shake
Chicken salad(4 chicken tenders,2 cups lettuce,30g cheese cubes)
=719 calories(17g carbs,102g protein,25g fat)

Total calories = 2721 calories(257g protein,124g carbs,141g fat)

Did a jog during saturday night
Honestly I feel like these jogs are getting a bit easier. Hearts burns like shit but my body feels like it can go on forever and at a higher pace and intensity. Bedroom cardio is also something else.

Also literally I realized i might not be drinking that much water as I can literally feel my calves about to spasm like crazy.
 
Unfortunately, your nuts will shrink. Comes with the territory but worry not! Your testicles have nothing to do with how you perform, she's gonna be just fine! Sounds like you're finding that out!

With regards to muscle spasms, are you getting enough electrolytes? I had the same issue on my test/var cycle and an electrolyte mix cleared it right up. Must drink plenty of water too though.

@fart13 and you need to add electrolytes daily and n2guard daily you will see a difference

and for the balls, try hcgenerate will plump up them balls

Went for a morning sprint this time.
Didn't break a sweat though feel like captain america.

Did some dumbell presses with light weights for stability
Pull ups (vertical pull)

Skinless chicken thighs 8oz
Avocado 100g
Onions 1 cup chopped
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g

=671 calories(25g carbs,54g protein,41g fat)






Dinner:
Chicken breast plain 8oz

Ok as of Thursday today the strength gain is still rising but its slowly decreasing I'd probably put like 2.5 -5 pound in my major lifts I'd say every week now.
 
Day 46
Teusday

+ lunges
Stability excersises with dumbell on this ball cushion thing?

Dick is still working fine lol surprisingly.
Also I've noticed a bit of an acceleration in hair growth.
I've been grooming my facial hair alpt recently. I rarely did this before as I don't even get that much hair. But I had shaved my mustatche and bits of hair on my chin a few days ago and it's already come back really visible.
