you can add masteron low dose if you want some benefits, as you get closer to end you can raise it a bit
 
for your situation i would meet it halfway. do like 350 a week thats perfect

Damn lol. I dont want to not run the extra test for 2 weeks. My levels pre trt were super low (200’s) so I dont want them to be in the 1000’s with the extra prop im taking. Any advice? Maybe a full week before blood work pause the prop so they arent super high? Im not overly concerned I just dont want them to lower my normal trt dose.
 
Arm day:
Over head barbell extensions: 100x10 90x 12, 80x12
Superset with hammer curls: 45x10, 35x10, 30x8

Machine dips (4 second negatives): 100x10, 80x10, 70x12

Spider curls (every set assisted rep till fail): 70x 8, 60x 10, 60x 10

Push downs ez curl: 100x12, 80x10, 70x12
Reverse grip ez bar cable curl: 40x10, 35x12, 30x10

Rope pull downs: 50x12, 40x10, 35x12
Cable curls single arm: 25x12, 30x10, 35x8

Abs:

Cable crunches 3 sets till fail
Ab roller: 3 sets to fail

30 mins cardio 10 incline 3-3.2mph

Yeah I was thinking that. On the latest masteron evo.org podcast mobster was talking about how you only need 200mg of it when running other compounds (not that anyone runs mast solo). However everything I have read says the minimum dosage is 300mg weekly. But thats why im here. Ill take real world experience over the black and white ink theoretical cycles all day.

200mgs masteron is what you n eed at your size bro

Its early but I feel like the mast is kicking in. I am def a little stronger and (i know the shitty esiting makes it hard to see) i look a little grainer/harder. Excited to see what the next few weeks bring.
masteron will make you tight for sure

Only concern is that my levels jump up really high and they reduce my trt amount. Which I guess in the long run isnt the end of the world I can supplement for cheap with gdroids. But nothing is as cheap as amazon with my insurance lol.
 
Leg day:
Hammer strength squat machine
(All racks were being used and I only had a hour): 300x8, 200x12, 200x12
RDL: 50lb dumbells 12x (3 sets)
leg press (single leg) 2plates x12, 4 plates x12, 4 plates, 3 plates, 2 plates. 1 plate till fail drop set.
Lying leg curls: 80x10, 70x10, 60x12
Leg extension: 100x 12, 80x fail, 60x fail drop set (3 sets).

10 min wind down on the tread; again time was tight today.

Post work put meal was a shake (quest rtd, almond milk, and 1 scoop glazed donut raw nut whey) 647 bagel with 2 tablespoon nut butter
