starting to wonder if the rad is kicking in... balls are a bit achy the last couple days, feeling some weird tightness across the lower back from side to side. increased the water intake to see if it helps the back any. not really noticing anything as far as insane pumps or anything goes. honestly the last few workouts have felt a little flat, hard to get motivated just kinda going through the motions during workouts.. not sure what's up with it.
