Log for 23Aug2023

wake-up 0550 6hrs of sleep (there you go guys, finally broke the 6 hour mark on sleep!)
First Day On SARMS
1mL Rad140
1mL GW
mixed with shot glass of cranberry juice


Breakfast
:
5 egg Omelette with 1/2C chicken fajita(fajita seasoning not liquid)
1/4C red bell pepper
1/4C green bell pepper
1/4C diced onion
***all sautéed and mixed in with omelette****
2500mg fish oil
12fl oz ElastiJoint orange flavored

Lunch:
8oz grilled chicken breast (estimated as it was a restaurant)
10 asparagus spears (no butter, but definitely tasted lemon and salt)
1C potato medley (purple organic
potatoes)
****I'm sure the potatoes were not the best solution{carbs etc} but lesser of the evils again******

Dinner:

2x5 oz ground turkey breast (99% fat free) burgers
1 egg mixed for binder

1/4C oats mixed for binder
2500 mg fish oil

Exercise:
30 minutes stationary bike

30 minutes plyometrics
10 minutes elastic bands
12,618 Steps for the day

Hey guys, sorry for being MIA for the last week. Had a family emergency I had to deal with and a hurricane that was barreling towards my vacation house. when it rains, it pours, quite literally in this case... lol

Breakfast

1mL Rad140
1mL GW
1oz Cranberry Juice to mix.
2500mg fish oil
8oz Elastijoint (mixed with water)
5 egg omelette
3oz diced onion
3oz each red, green, orange bell pepper
3oz diced mushrooms


Lunch
2 Quest cookies and cream protein bars

Dinner:
8oz turkey meat loaf (99% lean)
2 strips boars head bacon
1tsp veggie ketchup (no added sugar)
6.6oz sweet potato (2spray ICBINB)
5oz Green Beans

Snack
1 2pk quest peanut butter cup

exercise:
30 minutes rower
3 sets of 10 tricep dips
3 sets of 10 skull crusher (bar)
3 sets of 5 barbell skull crusher
5 sets descending reps close grip bench
3 sets cable crossovers
100 balance ball crunches
3 minutes of planks

MFP:1420 Calories

Have officially been using the SARMS for 1 week now. Just out of curiosity how long until you guys noticed actual effects of them kicking in, not like psychosomatic, but actually felt effects? I think I'm starting to feel something but idk yet. I think I read the rad could increase acne.. I started noticing a few bumps on my back, chest etc that I haven't felt since I was a teenager, lol. but don't know for sure if this is related. Also maybe noticing a little insomnia, but I will say when I sleep, it is a much more restorative sleep than what I am used to. Feel a lot fresher when I wake up. Anyways, look forward to the feedback, thanks guys!

didn't log diet on 30 AUG as dealing with storm, but it was a bad day, lots of water, but ate like 6 slices of pizza while filling, moving, placing sandbags with neighbors. my guess is I had like 2500 calories of shit.. back on track now though..
 
all quest are good chocolate brownie
haven't been able to find this one in store yet, but I found like a 100 bar sampler on amazon that had 10 of each flavor, including this one. I had double chocolate bar yesterday that I think I would've preferred to eat the seaweed that washed up in my backyard from the storm... raspberry white chocolate, cookies n cream, peanut butter chocolate, are the ones I've had so far and really like.

@ThorsHammer0415 to feel it its going to take 4-6 weeks or so and your training this is just 1 day how about other days? and cardio can go up 60min
