Yall I am fucking hyped!!! So starts out I go in straight after work and hit the WOD, super gross workout.

It took me 22:50. It was one of those devious workouts that looks easy but was painful. I’m talking, forearms felt like they were going to fall off. But here’s the super exciting part…. After the workout we did some bench. On June 1 I tried to one rep 160 and failed. Today I hit 2 @ 160!!!!!! Eeeeeeeek! Feeling on fire right now! Next two days off to recover. LFGGGG!
