Good workout today

I did the rx weight but scaled and did ring MU progressions, finished in 7:42. After this we all built to a one rep and I hit a new PR! Wooooo! I’m up to 255 now. It’s not much, but it’s honest work lol. Catch yall tomorrow!

Hey yall!
Went in today after work and met up with my hyrox partner to do a little extra workout. Here’s what we did:
4rounds
300m run
50ft sled push 165lbs
50ft lunges with 26lb kettlebells
300m row
90sec rest
Finished with 1200m run

It was super muggy as a storm was just beginning and it was 100+ degrees. Good workout though! Can’t believe we only have a few more months until Anaheim!

Alright it’s Monday again and I’m back at it. Back on my bullshit with the cardarine lol. Then I went in early and hit some bar muscle ups, ring muscle up progressions and hand stand walking. Hit the workout after:

I scaled my WOD weight to 75lbs and I didn’t get any penalty running. Man that was a tough workout! I finished in 11:46. After that I took the bike out and tried my new helmet out. Way better for wind noise than my last helmet and way cuter!

Good workout today!
Did some accessory work real quick before class:
4x8 1 1/4 split squat w/ 40lb dumbbell
4x8 rdl w/ 125lb barbell
Class was a good one!

On the last set of the WOD my hand ripped so the toes to bar I subbed with GHD machine. That WOD had me feeling like I was going to have a heart attack. Finished in 20:36….. dead. Then we hit the bench. My goal was to just hit more reps than the last time we did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Last time I did 24 and this time I did 37!!!

My last day off for a bit while I switch to a different shift at work . So today I enjoyed my last day off by brutalizing my shoulders lol.

My delts are absolutely fried. Workout took me 15:26 grueling minutes. Before class I worked on my strict pull ups as well and hit 3 reps with 27.5lbs on the belt !!! Progress!

Hyrox day today!

This one wasn’t too awfully bad actually. It was still super hot outside but with the rests in between work it didn’t feel that deadly lol. Hard to believe I only have a few months to train for Anaheim though!

Went in for a workout after work today and it was a good one.




Scaled my wod weight to 65lbs and practiced double unders. After the workout I also got my furthest hand stand walk! Yayyyy
