Vegetables in a pill or powder

I noticed that I don't get any vegetables in my diet and I want to improve that
do you recommend I take a veggie protein powder or do you think that taking a vegetable and a pill would be the other solution

you cannot get the benefits of vegetables from a fucking veggie powder

eat real veggies. buy a rice cooker, you can steam veggies right in it

No, I recommend you implement them into your diet. I have never understood why people prefer to depend on powders and supplements over real food. The word "supplement" does not mean "dependent upon" but rather an extra addition to help with what you should already be doing. It is a supplement, not a dependent. Please keep that in mind!

The choice is yours with shakes you can be creative adding certain elements
