What kinds of fats in my diet

I want to be a bodybuilder too just like you guys on here
I’m 21 years old and just starting out but already have 800 followers on instagram!
I know to do that i gotta get my diet straight
I’m gonna do 25% macros fat per day. I think that number is a good place to start
My question is if you had to pick some more fats to add to your diet aside from fish, nuts, olive oil and avocados what would it be?
 
avocados, fatty fish, fatty cuts of meat, raw nuts, Humane friendly pastured whole eggs.

a lot of times with american diets its too many of the wrong fats
 
The type of fat is more important than the quantity. For optimum health you should strive for a 4:1 omega 3 to 6 ratio. Too much omega 6, which is common in the standard American diet can lead to inflammation and congenital heart decease.

fish oil and more fish oil I love fish
 
fats like avocado is the best
