I like Nutra Bio but my top three are the following

Transparent Labs
Axe and Sledge
Allmax Isoflex

Pick a protein powder with good quality ingredients. Make sure you check. Don't get something full of garbage and sugar.

Bros, protein powder is fine. Just get something with a low amount of ingredients and a clean label.

A lot of times these protein powders change up their formulas all the time. Even if you stick to one for a long time, don't necessarily believe what they're selling.

Yeah I used to be a Muscle Tech but they changed up several years ago. The most consistent one I have found has been ON Gold Standard. I have also been using Axe and Sledge and Transparent Labs also over the past six months or so.

Would not surprise me if most protein powders lied about the ingredients anyway.
