I need diet help.
I'm stuck at 228lbs.

I want to run very few carbs to cut to 200-210.
I have winny, anavar, clen, EQ, Tren

Anyone have a recommendation of dosages and calorie intake and food to eat low/no carbs.

if you want to lean out more

I would suggest not worrying about calories but worrying about carbs

cut carbs under 100grams per day and increase protein by 50grams and increase fat intake and see how you do

how much cardio you doing? increase cardio too
