Honestly, it sounds cliche, but you have to listen to your body. Personally, I only train each muscle once per week so I get plenty of rest. With the swimming, just take it a day at a time. Epsom salt baths work well for me too.

Today was a great training day. I can really push training when I’m focused on one muscle group

Fasted 20hrs today. Did Omad at 12:30
Cardio : 60 min fasted walking
25x 50yd butterfly sprint
I’ll have to try that out but I think the main issue is that this past week I’ve had some weird drive to swim. If I don’t swim until breathing is hard the day feels incomplete…not sure what it’s from lol
