Hi Everyone,
Wanna start off by saying been visiting the forum for a little over a week now, the encouragement and advice from all the members I have seen made me feel comfortable enough to join.
I'm 6'0" and 205lbs 33yrs old. I have played sports been in combat sports and weight trained for a huge portion of my life. About two year sago I was involved in a bad motorcycle accident which took me out of all of that till about a month ago. I weighed in at 230lbs when all was said and done. I started the carnivore diet now for the second time, fist time I went 8months straight and loved it. Started hitting the gym again and I'm down to 205lbs. I've always wanted to get on gear and I think now is the best time . I want to get down to about 185-190 and then start bulking from there. Any advice on what my first cycle should be all input will be much appreciated. I know its best to just start with test but I def want to add a second compound into the mix. I'm attaching two photos one of me at 185 and the other right around 195 before my accident.
Working out every day, very light cardio 15min on stair master
Day1 Legs
Day2 Back
Day 3Chest/Tri
Day 4 Shoulder
Day 5 Back/Bi
and just repeat that over again.(abs every day)
