Guidance needed

Hello all, will be a long winded thread so I will try to condense but will gladly expand on any info needed.
Currently 29M, 255lbs.
Rewind 10 years, college athlete, screwed with prohormones (had great results), but shut self down. Tried clomid, hated side effects, but felt like I was restored “enough”.
Last several years felt fine but not great. Slowly put on weight, drank too much, didn’t take care of my health etc.

Fast forward to a month ago. Got levels tested and on a 250-900 scale, test was 136.
Immediately hopped on 140mg/wk test, and I feel amazing. Lifts good, sleep improved, brain fog gone, my drive in everyday life is large. This mixed with reta 3mg a week has literally turned my life around 180 degrees. From drinking several days a week and eating out often, I’ve gone over whole month with very limited drinking and eating every single meal that I’ve prepped. I understand this isn’t a big feat but feels like it is compared to where I was not that long ago. Lifts have been insane, and muscle is slowly coming back. 255 lbs BW but pretty decently strong with good muscle underneath, not all complete fat.

Getting my 6 week blood work done Monday. My question is this- now that I’m committed to trt for life, and I’ve rediscovered my fire for the gym, what can I add on to my trt for a recomp/hard cut? The scale hasn’t moved much due to water retention, but my stomach is visibly shrinking. Thinking adding maybe 20mg Winstrol? Anavar? Mast? Looking for any and all advice and ideas.

welcome to anabolex family @Txtigers27 brother you are welcome here :)

136 is a low Tlevel for sure, and TRT is the right choice but you really should ask why was your tesosterone so low to beging with? thats 100% lifestyle related.

the honest answer is we cant honestly answer lol I know it's strange but true, we cant tell you any real answers without generic ones without understanding you better, HOW can we understand you better?
you need to start a TRT log here on anabolex, share diet training cardio sleep and we will guide you into a cycle from there, we need to know and understand you first, a log takes 15min to set up and 5min/week to update easy, here is HOW

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal asap for us

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My TRT cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

here are examples of LOG Journals

P.S. are you listening to our podcast? if not, you should; this podcast is about steroids, sarms, peptides, and bodybuilding:

My health was/is certainly not conducive for an optimum test level, but it’s because I foolishly ran harsh prohormones 10 years ago and didn’t properly pct.

Will definitely get a log going and listen to the podcast!

good job turning things around. i would recommend food prepping going forward. and you also need to cut out all alcohol. it does nothing for you

I actually have been and it makes life so much easier to stay on track.
And crazy enough, reta has taken away 98% of my cravings, both alcohol and junk food. Which is a huge win
