Hey! Despite it being 90+ degrees today the workout didn’t feel too awful. I rolled out my legs before the workout and I didn’t cramp today 😮‍💨. Workout was with a partner and honestly wasn’t bad at all:

Finish time was 25:32, not too bad! Hopefully I can stay cramp free from now on!

Heyo!
I had some good rest days and was ready to get back into the gym today. I went in a little early and did:
4x8 b stance hip thrust 165lbs
4x8 rear foot elevated split squat 40lbs
After that I hit the WOD:

I did RX weight and cals and my total amount of sit ups completed was 58. The assault bike gases me out so bad! 😩

After my var experiment my weight is up from 145lbs to 153lbs but I feel I don’t look noticeably different so I think it’s due to intramuscular water perhaps. Idk, comment if you think I got fat lol. I do think my obliques are growing which is super exciting.

I see density and quad hardness, no water. Entire ab area all tight and harder looking.

Hi!
I have been off of var for 2 days now and I’ve dropped a couple of pounds already. I also lowered my gh dose from 4iu to 2iu. Going to recover shbg a bit again and maybe try to cut back off a few more pounds before heading into a cycle. Ideally I want it to be at least 12 weeks. What shall I take? Eq? Primo? Hmmmmm. Choices choices. While I’m off of var and lowered gh I still will be taking my hrt. I’d die without it lol.

Anyway! I went in early and practiced some handstand holds and tried to take some steps. Slowly but surely. I also did my sets of barbel evil wheels, which I think are helping me get some great core power and noticeable core growth. I also did 3 sets of strict dips. I can do 10 each set now! 😃

WOD was good also! When I first started CrossFit I couldn’t even do box jumps and now I feel that I can really fly through them!

I scaled today because I can’t do full range of motion hand stand push ups. For the first 2 rounds of the workout I had 2 ab mats stacked up under my head and then the last 3 rounds I completed I just had one under my head. Improving every day!

Okay GREAT day at the gym today minus the heat advisory and being absolutely drenched lol. I feel like I had a breakthrough with my hand stand walks! I was able to take multiple steps and get to balance point way easier after some pointers from one of the coaches! I did one hold with probably 6 solid steps forward. Super exciting for me! I also worked on some muscle up drills and worked on my double unders. Did all that for about an hour and fifteen and then hit the WOD:

Hit 125lbs for my front squat sets and felt good. Then I dropped to 105lbs for the workout (so no rx) and I finished the workout in 18min even. Heat advisory continues for a few days and supposed to be 105 tomorrow 😬. Sometimes class gets cancelled if it’s too ungodly hot in here so we will see. I may do some accessory work instead anyway since I’m doing the hyrox on Saturday!

Muscle up and double unders are no joke and then that WOD to top it off, that's some hard work sister!
