Heyo!
I had some good rest days and was ready to get back into the gym today. I went in a little early and did:
4x8 b stance hip thrust 165lbs
4x8 rear foot elevated split squat 40lbs
After that I hit the WOD:

I did RX weight and cals and my total amount of sit ups completed was 58. The assault bike gases me out so bad!
After my var experiment my weight is up from 145lbs to 153lbs but I feel I don’t look noticeably different so I think it’s due to intramuscular water perhaps. Idk, comment if you think I got fat lol. I do think my obliques are growing which is super exciting.
