Good fat options to start with are whole eggs, olive oil, avocado, nuts, nut butters, fatty fish (salmon, sardines), grass-fed beef, and even a bit of butter or ghee if digestion’s good. I’d avoid going crazy with processed oils they tend to mess with inflammation and energy.
Try to increase fats gradually while keeping protein steady and watch how your energy, digestion, and training performance respond. Some guys feel better higher fat, others feel flat , there's no one-size-fits-all.
